Please include in your email to us with the below information:
a full shot of the item(s) affected, including a photo of the fault/damage, a coin next to the damage, to give us a sense of size.
Images of the packaging that your products arrived in, so we can determine if they have been handled improperly by the transport company.
Your reference order number, name and billing address that your order was placed under.
It's okay to change your mind from time to time, and at Ruis.com we understand this, especially if you haven’t seen our products/items in person.
The following should be kept in mind when returning our products/items to us for a refund:
Email us at email@example.com, requesting a returns form for change of mind.
The notice of your intention to return your order must be sent to us within 14 days. The items must be returned to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure the products/items have not been assembled.
Photograph the products, their packaging and their labels as reference.
You should include the Returns Form we will have issued you.
Use the original packaging to return the products/items to us.
Once your return has been received, the workshop will inspect it and issue a refund.
Please note you will not be refunded delivery charged if you change your mind.
Any refunds issued will be refunded to the original method of payment.
